2. Remember application fees are waived for most Utah colleges during UCAW.
3. Request your transcripts
4. If you completed at least one college application you need to complete the UCAW Survey
5. Complete the FAFSA
**Just a reminder - The Opportunity scholarship requires you to to complete the FAFSA. More information about the Opportunity Scholarship can be found here
